As a Pomona resident of over 20 years, I have strong local knowledge and a
genuine connection to the community. I bring practical, hands-on
experience in residential property management and administration, having
been a tenant, built and purchased my own homes, and owned, managed,
and sold investment properties across Queensland and Western Australia.
My background includes owning and operating successful businesses in
the construction and tourism industries, which has given me a solid
understanding of property maintenance and compliance.
I have managed teams of 100+ and supported a weekly turnover of
approximately $1 million - demonstrating the strong organisational,
administrative, and people management skills well suited to managing
your property.

Her knowledge spans 30 years of trading property, whether it be for personal lifestyle or investment, that’s why Sandy understands the importance of maintaining an investment property whilst managing the costs to the owner. Kate Mayne - is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Property Manager with over 24 year’s of Experience in the Property industry.
