Both Sandy and Kate have investment properties, in Queensland and interstate. They understand what it is like to rent your property out and the important role a great property manager plays. Both Sandy and Kate are the Business owners and Directors of the Company their name is their business. Kate is a second generation Real Estate Agent who's been in the industry 22 Years whilst Sandy has been selling and renting properties for 20 years. Both are members of REIQ regularly undertake industry training for compliance and changes to legislation. Our success is placing the right people in the right properties whilst Maximizing the income for the owners.
