Terms and Conditions for the May 2025 Free Advertising Promotion
This promotion runs from 1st May 2025 to the 31st May 2025 inclusive.
· Fixed commission of 3.3% including GST on contracted sale price of property
· Advertised price of listing to be within the “Market Range” as supplied by Noosa Hinterland Real Estate though a Comparative Market Analysis
· This promotion is for New listings only signed between the 1st May 2025 and the 31st May 2025
· To qualify for this promotion the property must be advertised for sale within 14 days of the signed listing agreement
· The photography, floor plan and video remain the property of Noosa Hinterland Real Estate and cannot be transferred to another agency
· If the property is withdrawn from the market prior to obtaining a sale the vendor agrees to re-imburse Noosa Hinterland Real Estate for any marketing expenses and associated costs as listed in the Form 6, Appointment of a Real Estate Agent
· Not applicable for Auction Sale or Tender Sale properties
· This promotion applies to seller who sign a Form 6 Appointment of a Real Estate Agent with Kate Mayne or Sandy Roulston
· This offer is not transferable or redeemable by cash or discount
· Noosa Hinterland Real Estate reserve the right to modify, change or cancel this promotion at any time.

· Submission to the Cooroy Rag – For Editorial - printed subject to the Editors Discretion in the next available print run of the Cooroy Rag. OR Noosa Hinterland Real Estate may elect to insert a property advertisement within its regular booked advertisement.
